Hospedia will provide Medway with its Patient Flow solution, supporting care pathway management as well as effective bed request and transfer functionality. In addition, the contract will see the implementation of the Vital Signs & Nursing Assessments solution. It includes alerts to mobiles, ensuring that patient safety and quality of care is paramount at every step of the patient journey.
Real-time information enables clinical staff to take appropriate action, at the right time, in real time, to significantly improve clinical efficiencies and patient outcomes through quicker intervention, reduce the risk of infection and reduce length of stay.
