Project Scoping & Sign-Off
During every step, we check back to the issues that need to be addressed. This ensures that all stakeholders are working towards common goals with agreed outcomes that can be monitored and measured against key success criteria. Complex clinical solutions regularly involve multiple departmental teams from Clinical and Operations through to IT, so regular 2-way communications and user-group sessions are held. Once the project is signed off, our dedicated Project Manager will be in regular contact with updates on project development and timelines, as well as ensuring any changes in project scope are swiftly identified and incorporated into the implementation.

Installation, Trial & Training
